RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. Backed by Ratan Tata, Upstox had raised $4 million in Series A funding in early 2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019.
We have a team of highly skilled technology and finance professionals, and are currently looking for highly motivated field experts to be part of our high-energy team.
About the role: We're seeking an experienced product analyst to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member, you'll shape data challenges, extract meaningful insights, and translate them effectively. Your role spans across the product's life cycle, encompassing research, analysis, implementation, and fine-tuning for optimal results.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collect and assess user data and market trends to pinpoint chances for enhancing and refining the product's growth.
Work alongside diverse teams to guide product enhancements and novel feature creation based on data-backed choices.
Create and oversee essential metrics to gauge product achievements and guide future enhancements.
Articulate compelling product insights and suggestions to leaders and stakeholders.
Lead the planning and implementation of A/B tests and other methods to fine-tune features and enhance user involvement.
Provide mentorship to the team and actively participate in feature development.
Qualifications and Skills:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a product analyst or similar role within a rapidly expanding technology organization.
Demonstrated success in spearheading product endeavours from inception to realization.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficient expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and more.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and collaboration talents adaptable to various team dynamics.
Proficiency in project leadership, managing initiatives both autonomously and within diverse cross-functional teams.
A solid grasp of financial markets and trading platforms is a notable advantage.
