The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019.

Job description summary:
- Collaborate with Finance + HR stakeholders to create and adhere to policies and processes related to admin, facility, procurement, travel and tasks for the whole organisation
- Collecting, maintaining, submitting bills/invoices, and uploading to the HRMS tool
- Ensuring 100% compliance as per the Information security guidelines
-Manage vendor for various office supplies, employee onboarding kits and other supplies during employee engagement activities
- Collecting, verifying & documenting invoices to upload them on the HRMS tool
- Maintaining hard copy of these POs and invoices as and when needed
- Tracking the reimbursement process of these invoices to ensure timely and accurate settlement via HRMS / emails
- Maintaining a Tracker sheet for every task. SAP MM knowledge is an added advantage
- Support the travel needs of employees
- Maintaining the ISO standards for all the admin activities

What do you need to bring?
- Proven 5+ years of work experience as an Admin.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills are a non-negotiable
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Someone who is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work-load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Excellent data management and filling skills
- Ability to think on their feet and problem solve effectively with minimal supervision
- Excellent knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
