What we want:
We are looking for talented engineers with strong foundations who can learn and pick up new tools on the fly. We want you to share our passion for developing products that will help change the landscape for fin-tech in India. You would be working with the latest web technologies to build new features, improve performance and reliability of existing features, and improve our development processes as we scale our company.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and build efficient, scalable systems that are used by millions of people.
Own what you build as you create, test and refine what’s under the hood of our pages and services.
Implement and maintain features, improve performance and reliability in our frontend web experiences
Interact with Product, Design and Engineering teams to spec, build, test and deploy new features
Improve testing and reliability by improving existing tests and writing new ones
Perform Peer Code Reviews
Investigate production issues pertaining to the user interface to determine root cause and implement solutions
 
What you need:
You have 7-9 years of experience building applications on the web platform with JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
Strong fundamentals on Web Standards, Browser Performance and Rendering Pipelines, HTTP and other relevant concepts.
You have a get-things-done attitude and deep empathy for users and fellow teammates.
You can write testable, maintainable code that’s easy to understand.
Ability to take complex problems and break them down into smaller tasks & You have a curiosity about how things work.
