RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019.

Here is what you need to know about this role:
Job Title: UX Designer II (Full-time)
Location: Mumbai

Job description summary:
- Planning and delivering UX designs while working closely with cross-functional teams
- Own end-to-end UX process based on existing product vision and business requirements
- Creating information architectures, task flows, user interaction models, wireframes, screen flows, prototypes, detailed designs, design briefs, design specifications, and guidelines with little direction
- Create and communicate end-to-end scenarios, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and specs to stakeholders
- Help lead improvements to processes and relationships beyond the scope of individual work with a track record of influencing the product direction
- Lead data-driven design methodologies to champion refinements of the product until the usability and experience reach a delightful experience and success criteria
- Be highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environment

In your day-to-day role, you will:
 As a UX Designer II, you will be involved in planning and executing UX designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, taking ownership of the entire UX process based on the existing product vision and business requirements. Responsibilities include creating various design elements, such as information architectures, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs, with minimal guidance on a day-to-day basis..

What do you need to bring?
- 3+ years of work experience as a UX designer in the tech domain
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human factors, HCI, or a related discipline
- An online portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, approach to the problem, and design deliverables like conceptual models, navigation and user flows, information design, and mock-ups
- Effectively collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure stakeholder alignment
- Ability to filter the noise and identify the root cause of the customer problem using data from various sources
- Excellent written and verbal skills in communicating with stakeholders and senior leadership
- self-motivated to think outside the box and can navigate through ambiguous situations
