Here is what you need to know about this role:
Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR Operations & Systems
Location: Mumbai

Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HR professional with 3-4 years of experience in HR Operations. Darwinbox certification is mandatory, and this will be verified during the background check. This role requires experience managing the entire employee lifecycle and a deep understanding of HR systems.

Team Overview:
You will be joining the Darwinbox Management team, working to manage key HR Operations activities throughout the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage Darwinbox updates and upgrades end-to-end.
Handle HR operations activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and budgeting.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure seamless execution.
Prepare and maintain HR dashboards for data insights and reporting.
Coordinate and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct system upgrades in Darwinbox and manage changes to HR processes.
Provide accurate data reporting and effective data management.
Address and resolve employee queries promptly and effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:
A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Darwinbox implementation.
Darwinbox certification (will be verified during background check).
Advanced Excel skills
Strong experience in preparing and presenting data-driven dashboards.
Excellent communication skills for smooth handling of employee queries.

Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with compliance processes.
Ability to adapt to changes and upgrade HR processes as needed.
