About the Role

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our growing team! In this management role, the individual will need to have a passion for partnerships and relationships with outstanding organizational skills. This is an opportunity to work directly with some of our largest partners in the food delivery industry while working at one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry!

The impact you will have:

  • Grows, builds, and nurtures relationships with Nextbite’s delivery service partners
  • Expands relationships with current and new clients
  • Identify and assist with building the approach for entry into new segments or expanding existing
  • Work closely with Nextbite’s Delivery Service account managers to build new processes and ensure efficiencies across both teams
  • Participate in internal marketing and business meetings, presenting ideas and strategies that develop new business
  • Manage and prioritize external communication to Nextbite’s delivery service partners
  • Become an expert in all things Food Delivery, including operational metrics, algorithms, promotional capabilities, and future trends
  • What you bring to the role:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant or related experience
  • Track record of growing relationships to grow core KPI’s
  • Experience in managing revenue-generating teams
  • Restaurant industry (off-premise / delivery) experience is a major plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to conduct daily, weekly, monthly meetings with either direct reports or leadership
  • Tactful leadership that promotes a learning environment where your expertise is shared and feedback is welcomed
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of Google G-Suite
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of Project Management Tools is preferred but not required
