About the role
We're looking for a high energy Inside Sales, SMB Representative to join our team. In this position you will wear multiple hats, understand our clients' interests and close business. In addition to your salary, you'll receive a commission for each sale!
*Nextbite is a division of Ordermark and this role will sell our delivery-only food brand concepts to restaurant partners across the United States.
The impact you will have:Support a valuable service that restaurants need, managing their online ordering businesses within the Ordermark platform.Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.Employ multiple methods to contact prospective clients, including researching, sending approximately 60 emails per day, and making 60 phone calls per day.Be an expert on our product and service offering, understanding the full client journey with Ordermark. Provide a smooth transition to the Account Services teams, maintaining a seamless positive client experience and, in turn, increasing client satisfaction, referral potential and organic sales.
What you bring to the role:Minimum of 1 year of related experienceDesire to be a part of an exciting, fast-growing teamRestaurant technology experience is a plus, but not a requirementAbility to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced business setting that is rapidly changingExperience supporting clients via phone, e-mail, chat, and/or in personYou thrive on a team where expertise is shared and feedback is welcomedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFollow-through and attention to detailNegotiation and analytical skillsBasic working knowledge of Microsoft office and G SuiteBonus points for Salesforce CRM skills!
