About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and experienced campaign manager to join our growing revenue operations team. You will own the sales outbound strategy and play a critical role in building and refining the framework to define the path to predictable revenue. This includes optimizing the number of touches, continuously evolving the approach, and refining messaging to maximize conversion throughout the customer journey. This individual will coordinate between B2B Marketing and sales to run the full campaign process from conception to retrospective.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, creative person with analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
The impact you will have:Build, scale, and optimize an outbound campaign program that encompasses the full customer lifecycle: customer acquisition, progression through all sales stages, and customer upsell sales.Create and manage a quarterly campaign plan with input from B2B Marketing, Data Science, Sales, and Revenue Operations.Establish and maintain operational performance benchmarks and KPIs and report regularly to the business via dashboards.Perform the majority of tasks to execute campaigns including but not limited to: Define target market, pull target list, write emails, create cadences in SalesLoft, define success metrics, write call scripts, write text templates.Translate campaign plans into tactical blueprints that ensure all build components of the campaign are aligned across impacted systems and teams.Own SOPs for campaign execution for multiple mediums (trade show, inbound, channel, etc.).Drive adherence to campaign processes by sales and continuously look to evolve our campaign process to drive effectiveness.Create multiple A/B testing scenarios to obtain proof points and identify impacts on the full lifecycle.Ensure the right messaging is reaching the right audiences and support copy and campaign decisions with metrics and data.
What you bring to the role:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.5+ years of proven experience in planning, developing, executing, and measuring digital & traditional sales and marketing campaigns for a B2B company.Power-user experience in marketing automation tools like Marketo/Pardot, sales enablement tools like Outreach/SalesLoft, and SalesForce.Advanced knowledge of buyer motivation and decision making, demand generation mix including email marketing, direct mail, social media, online marketing, channel marketing, webinars.A data-driven, and a continual learner. Always researching new strategies and techniques to continuously improve your programs.Proven track record of working at the strategic and tactical level to develop and execute innovative and effective campaigns.Ability to work quickly with little direction, but simultaneously not be afraid to slow things down when needed to understand all aspects of a challenge.Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment that requires teamwork, trust, and the willingness to jump into new projects to help the team.Experience building lead scoring and grading models a plus.Understanding of the foodservice industry a plus.
