The impact you will have:Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure that the day-to-day execution of features and initiatives are successfulLead team meetings (eg. standups, discovery and kickoff calls) to ensure everyone understands the vision for the product and the outcomes we’re driving towardUse data to inform roadmap prioritization and clearly and concisely articulate those decisions to stakeholder groupsTrack and report key indicators of the effectiveness of productsCoordinate large-scale, cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure project successWrite high quality product specs and documentation that you maintain as things evolve Work closely with the engineering lead to break the work down and create tickets/stories for developers to work fromUnderstand and communicate the product vision to the team, build excitement around what we’re doing and keep the team motivatedBring the customer voice to every interaction and ensure that we’re always working to improve their experienceCollaborate with other PMs and UX researchers to engage with customers and help stay in tune with their needs and pain points.
