About the role
 
As an integral member of the Product team, you will have the opportunity to drive all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from discovery and research down to execution, delivery and analysis. You will have direct influence over improving the customer experience while working to deliver on business objectives to help move the company forward.    You will have the chance to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing industry that demands innovation, iteration, collaboration, and creativity.  We’re looking for a scrappy, customer obsessed, passionate person who can roll up their sleeves, jump into whatever challenges arise and help get things done.   • The impact you will have:

  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure that the day-to-day execution of features and initiatives are successful
  • Lead team meetings (eg. standups, discovery and kickoff calls) to ensure everyone understands the vision for the product and the outcomes we’re driving toward
  • Use data to inform roadmap prioritization and clearly and concisely articulate those decisions to stakeholder groups
  • Track and report key indicators of the effectiveness of products
  • Coordinate large-scale, cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure project success
  • Write high quality product specs and documentation that you maintain as things evolve 
  • Work closely with the engineering lead to break the work down and create tickets/stories for developers to work from
  • Understand and communicate the product vision to the team, build excitement around what we’re doing and keep the team motivated
  • Bring the customer voice to every interaction and ensure that we’re always working to improve their experience
  • Collaborate with other PMs and UX researchers to engage with customers and help stay in tune with their needs and pain points. 
  • Help test and validate features before release, perform user acceptance testing, surface bugs and work with the team to ensure things get resolved
  • Act as an ambassador for the product
  • What you bring to the table:

  • Proven record of successfully launching business/consumer products or creative platforms
  • 3+ years of relevant product and project management experience, leading complex projects preferably at a tech, product-driven company
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing agile methods, project implementations, project structure and life cycle, and best practice standards and tools.
  • Owner mentality - interest in the intersection of technology, operations, and business.
  • Ability to mobilize others towards a common goal
  • Ability to prioritize well, and articulate your product roadmap, strategies
  • Strong collaboration with various stakeholders with the drive to  inspire, motivate, and lead groups  including: Development, Design, Brand, Marketing, Operations
  • Execute at a high level with a sense of urgency
  • Blend strong customer empathy, business acumen, technical problem solving and agile execution
  • Project Management using JIRA/Notion or equivalent
  • Data analysis via Google Analytics/Segment/Amplitude/Appcues/SQL Quires, Etc.
  • Experience with QA, Project management, SCRUM, Light Agile processes
  • Experience in the food/restaurant industry (nice to have)
  • Experience in mobile/eCommerce and/or direct-to-consumer markets (nice to have)
