About the Role
We are seeking a Culinary Quality Control Specialist to join our growing team! This person will be working closely with the Director of Food Quality to help our partners succeed by producing the most delicious, consistent products for our end customers. Because we commit to providing our client partners with world-class support in all areas, our QC programs must operate at the very highest level. The impact you will have:Drive fulfillment partner performance to plan through clearly defined OKRs and KPIsInteract on a daily basis with our partners to provide direct, personalized support through customized analysis and recommendations on how to improve both their Nextbite and their main operationsEngage in a high level of collaboration with peers, particularly with the account management and culinary training teamsMaintain control over the details of and improvements to our QC process, people, tools, and infrastructureReport performance metrics to the leadership team to improve the service Nextbite provides to its partnersCollaborate with other parts of the company to build best practices and make best use of technology and systems
