About the Role

As an integral part of the System Integrations Team, the Sr Salesforce Engineer/Admin will be working with a team of focused individuals building the B2B systems that enable our teams to deliver a world-class experience for our customers. We are looking for a key contributor that is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. This individual will help build, integrate, and support our internal systems. We move fast, learn quickly, and win together!

Working alongside stakeholders and the rest of the Internal Technology team to understand their business needs, develop best-practice Salesforce solutions or procure and evaluate third-party tools. You will participate in the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of new features and data integrations with the Salesforce platform. 

The impact you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate with internal stakeholders across the organization, discuss the requirement, troubleshoot bugs, and offer technical support as needed
  • Experience Integrating multiple technologies with Salesforce and within salesforce Understanding of functional requirement and ability to map them into Salesforce features and functionality
  • Desire to mentor junior team members in Salesforce, integration technologies, and professional best practices
  • Participation in domain technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction. Ability to bring alignment between architectural strategy and  business requirements
  • Understanding analysis of the current architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvements. Identifies, and when necessary, proposes variances to the Architecture to accommodate project or business requirements
  • Knowledge in applying Salesforce declarative and programmatic development (Workflow, Processes, Flows, Lightning, SOQL, Apex)
  • Ability to recognize and weave common objectives among different initiatives into one vision
  • Work closely with a team of managers, lead a team of administrators and developers to realize solutions
  • Experience in administering daily tasks, consulting with stakeholders to understand their needs, and building elegant solutions that follow Salesforce’s best practices
  • What you bring to the role:

  • Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer 1 Certifications. Advanced Certifications preferred
  • 3-5 years of professional Salesforce management and 1 year of Apex development experience
  • Experience building efficient Reports, and impactful
  • Dashboards to display metrics to users and executives
  • Experience documenting data structure and data flows and ability to model appropriate documentation for the team.
  • Superb organizational knowledge and technique
  • Full understanding of sales, service, and marketing presence in Salesforce
  • An innate desire to understand processes and automations, and the voice to propose improvements
  • Willingness to bring your experience to help build up other members of the team
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring and assisting our users
