About the Role
The Nextbite Business Development team manages the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of our North American Partnerships. The Partnerships Associate / Manager, will be a key player in supporting Nextbite’s efforts with strategic partners across multiple verticals. The perfect candidate is willing to get their hands ‘dirty’, with the “whatever it takes” mentality as we strive to become the experts / leaders in the space.

The impact you will have:This position reports to the Director of Business Development. You will be responsible for supporting the Director of Business Development with new and existing partnerships with large CPG clients.Conducting research and analyzing market trends to identify potential target partnerships with large CPG brands.Developing and implementing strategic outreach campaigns to potential clients. Responsible for identifying and building relationships with key decision makers in order to secure long term partnerships.Responsible for managing multiple projects and clients at the same time.Responsible for developing sales pitches and presentations in order to secure partnerships.
What you bring to the role:You possess a winning mindset. Ordermark/Nextbite is in a very competitive space and we are looking to add key members to our team who love to win.‘What-ever it takes’ mentality. We are one of the fastest growing startups in the food space. Must be able to be flexible and adaptable.1-3+ years of business development, partnerships, or restaurant sales experience. Project management and/or consulting experience is a plus.Experience sourcing, supporting, and managing deals from start to finish.You are a master at building relationships with a hunter mentality who loves to be part of a growing ‘startup’ within a Series C company! Strong communication and presentation skills.Proficient in use of Google Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Office.Restaurant technology / on-premise experience is a major plus, but not a requirement.Ability to travel to trade shows, conferences (with notice).
