The impact you will have:

  • Own the candidate experience and identify talent aligned with Ordermark’s values and purpose
  • Understand new role needs and assure alignment with the hiring managers
  • Edit and post appropriate job descriptions to attract the right talent
  • Partner with university, technology and diversity groups
  • Review and advance inbound applicants in our ATS system (Lever) 
  • Source and network as the "face" of Ordermark’s brand 
  • Evangelize our Employer Value Proposition and assist the organization to achieve our DEI goals
  • Screen candidates and define assessment exercises
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews
  • Advise our hiring managers on the best interviewing practices to eliminate bias, expedite the process and ensure proper hires
  • Be a resource of knowledge about the market landscape and compensation leveling
  • Negotiate and extend offers
  • What you bring to the role:

  • Sense of urgency and true commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
  • Friendly, authentic, and transparent communication style 
  • A desire to understand Ordermark’s business needs and identify workforce gaps 
  • Curiosity to understand the motivations of our candidates and their desired career trajectory
  • Empathy and a courteous manner to follow up with all people we engage with
  • Your voice and experience to help us build a better People Ops program
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on in-house and/or a fast scaling startup environment
  • Must specialize in working with technical talent - software engineering, product, data science, UX design within a competitive marketplace
  • SaaS, software development or internet industry preferred - tech environment: Python, Django, Javascript, React, PostgreSQL, AWS, microservices
  • Experience with Lever highly preferred, modern ATS required
