At Clarify, our BDR’s fuel the organization’s revenue engine by developing new business opportunities through daily outbound prospecting activity in collaboration with Demand Generation and Sales Directors. Your main focus will be on prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Utilize your excellent communication skills to engage with prospects over the phone and email, showcasing our innovative data analytics. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is highly self-motivated, works well under pressure, thinks creatively, and leads with a proactive attitude. We are looking for team players who also enjoy collaborating cross functionally and are comfortable with ambiguity. Candidates will be prepared to quickly learn Clarify’s product offerings to better engage in informative conversations with diverse industry prospects.

The Role
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):Develop sales opportunities by scheduling appointments and demos between (prospective) customers and Sales DirectorsTarget prospects through provided monthly marketing campaignsContact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn reaching 60-80 account touches per dayStrategically identify titles within accounts to align their needs with our appropriate products/services and ICPsEnsure successful follow through and tracking of the sales cycle by keeping SFDC accurate and up to dateStay up to date with new products/solutionsWork in close collaboration with Account Directors to deliver impactful outreach to prospectsAchieve monthly quotaWhat we are looking for
