Sr. International Channel Marketing Analyst I

We’re looking for a Channel Partner Marketing Manager - Europe to own key initiatives to drive regional business growth for Carbon through our International Sales Partners program. This role encompasses the development and execution of our regional channel marketing strategy to create brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation for Carbon. You will track success metrics to influence future plans to help drive partner-driven pipeline growth.
 
The combination of product marketing, channel marketing, and sales enablement in this role requires you to deeply understand partner ecosystems, and have experience in growing a channel and partner ecosystem. This role can be based anywhere in Europe, with a preference for Germany, Italy, or UK. You will be working from your home office and traveling.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage Channel Partners with marketing initiatives that will achieve joint go-to-market objectives.
  • Use knowledge of European regional markets to identify trends and new opportunities to increase brand awareness for Carbon.
  • Strategize and execute quarterly partner marketing plans in collaboration with the channel sales team.
  • Manage partner communication to provide updates on Carbon products and events.
  • Establish strong relationships and lines of communication with partners to develop and execute the respective channel marketing programs and events.
  • Duties of the Channel Marketing role:

  • Own the marketing onboarding process for new channel partners.
  • Establish regular meetings with counterparts at partner organizations.
  • Strategize, execute, and attend multiple industry events per quarter with partners, working closely with the Carbon Events team.
  • Review and analyze performance against targets and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage and ensure timely and comprehensive marketing leads follow-up/tracking and reporting.
  • Provide copywriting and editorial support as needed for partner webpages, announcements, and case studies.
  • Provide translations of Carbon sales and marketing assets to support regional partners.
  • Manage budget planning and tracking for each partner.
  • Manage invoices and POs for vendor services related to supporting channel marketing.
  • Support sales enablement efforts.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting on marketing KPI’s with channel partners to Carbon marketing team.
  • Analyze and educate customers on key industry trends and developments.
  • Address marketing issues as raised by the channel partner.
  • Work closely with Carbon Marketing team to provide support for partners across marketing functions.
  • Establish technical competency in Carbon additive manufacturing and digital workflows. 
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, preferably focused on a technical target market, with a track record of excellent results
  • Channel/partner ecosystem experience required, track record of working closely with partners
  • Multilingual in English and preferably 2 of the following: German, French, Italian, Spanish. 
  • Experience marketing business solutions with familiarity of traditional manufacturing processes and digital workflow. 
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Europe. 
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or marketing preferred, MBA is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills and professionalism. 
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable with a dynamic, growing company 
  • Ability to learn and comprehend highly technical information and in turn, educate customers.
  • Team player, positive attitude, growth 
  • Experience in 3D printing is a plus
