Carbon is looking for an expert in Oracle’s Cloud Benefits module to help configure and support Carbon’s employee benefits and payroll extracts in Oracle.. 
The ideal candidate is someone who has a deep understanding of US-based Benefits configurations in Oracle Cloud HCM. The candidate will work directly with Carbon’s Benefits team, and will be the subject matter expert on Benefits configurations in Oracle HCM Cloud. They will also configure the payroll extracts to ADP. They have a positive attitude, and take pride in delivering a quality product to their customers. 

A deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Benefits configurations
A deep understanding of common US-based carriers, benefits and related compliance
Ability to configure benefits extracts to various carriers
Ability to write and troubleshoot fast formulas
Ability to configure payroll extracts and integrations with ADP payroll
Minimum of 10 years experience working with Oracle Cloud Benefits
Ability to analyze business challenges and recommend solutions utilizing Oracle’s Cloud Applications
Ability to prioritize work and issues
Ability to work with remote teams to execute system setups
Attention to detail
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organization skills
