Carbon is looking for a Marketing Campaign/ABM Manager with a strong background in account-based marketing to help plan, manage and execute ABM campaigns. In this role you’ll be responsible for planning and executing account-based marketing campaigns and working closely with leaders across the marketing team. You’ll be instrumental in helping Carbon continue to accelerate growth via marketing campaigns and programs and ensure efficient and effective account-based marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:Plan, configure and execute account-based marketing campaigns in Salesforce in conjunction with Pardot Marketing Automation Help to manage the ongoing improvement and development of Carbon’s marketing campaign processes and executionCreate infrastructure and process in close collaboration with Marketing Ops Analyst to report on all marketing campaigns as well as standard ABM metrics including account touch and penetration ratesAssist in the planning, execution and daily maintenance of Carbon’s paid digital advertising campaigns and SEO/SEM strategyEstablish and evangelize process to manage and curate target account and contact data to ensure Marketing and Sales are aligned on overall scope of accountsEnsure target accounts are appended with relevant firmographic and technographic information on an ongoing basis leveraging best practices and toolsHelp implement a process to identify target account contacts in lead pool and reconcile duplicate recordsHelp to configure lead scoring and routing to ensure leads are optimally routed to Inside Sales Reps
Requirements:5-7 years of experience in account-based marketing campaign management and marketing operations (MOPS) Experience management and administration of marketing and sales technology applications including Pardot and SalesforceExperience with marketing attribution, lead scoring and lifecycle marketingExcellent collaboration skills and experience working with sales and product development teamsExperience in SaaS, subscription model businesses, 3D printing or manufacturing industries is a plusBachelor's degree, MBA is a plus
