At Carbon, we have created a new additive manufacturing (3D printing) process that is moving our industry and the concept of digital manufacturing into the public sphere for the first time. We are looking for enthusiastic, hungry, intelligent and communicative people to join our Inside Sales team with a focus on our Dental vertical.
The Inside Sales Team leverages an ABM (account-based marketing) approach to engage with prospects to educate, identify and qualify organizations that are an ideal fit for Carbon DLS technology. We are looking for people who are excited to learn and make an impact in this rapidly growing space!
Role and Responsibilities: Work closely with the ISR Team Lead, Marketing Team, Dental Sales Leader and Sales Directors to build a strong global pipeline in Dental Collaborate closely with the Dental Sales Team to create and curate target account lists and ensure these are maintained/updated in SalesforceAdapt the Carbon value proposition to prospects based on application fit and perceived pain pointsDevelop a strong “go to market” plan in conjunction with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to ensure tight alignment and approach to strategic target accounts (ABM)Respond to all inbound leads in a timely and comprehensive mannerEffectively manage queues to ensure all leads are dispositioned and tracked in the systemManage, track, and report sales activities & results using Salesforce and collaborate with Marketing Ops to provide relevant feedback for process improvementLearn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Carbon technology, industry trends and competitionConsistently achieve or exceed stated pipeline performance goals, individually and as a team
Key Qualifications: 4-year degree from an accredited university4-6 years of experience in sales, tech sales preferredRelevant experience/knowledge in the Dental/Oral Health industrySalesforce or related CRM experienceExperience handling combination of inbound and outbound prospecting (Outreach experience preferred)Account-Based Marketing experience preferred
