You’ll be joining a close-knit team, working with experts in 3D geometry, web technologies, cloud infrastructure, firmware, and everything in between. Carbon is looking to hire an amazing engineer to help build our customer-facing software, primarily focused on single-page browser applications that enable users to visualize, manipulate, print and manage complex digital 3D models.
You'll be working with a small team on extending our component library and improving our build & test infrastructure. You will work with our product and UX team to design, build, test, deploy and maintain new user experiences. Depending on your interests, you'll also get to work on complementary back-end technologies in different languages, both on local hardware (e.g. 3D printers) and cloud configurations.
/ Express / Ruby on Rails, and grpc/protobuf, that help users design, prepare and print digital 3D models.
Optimize browser performance to provide a great user experience. We render and process models with millions of triangles in under a second.
Work closely with a small team of engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to architect, design, and implement user interfaces that delight our customers.
Mentor, educate, and support those around you, as well as being mentored by other engineers.
