Carbon is looking for a Commercialization Project Manager to manage our resin product portfolio and lead the implementation of new products and product improvement projects.

This role can be done remotely from any US state, but Bay Area, CA is preferred.


  • Manage the resin product portfolio, including retiring products, expanding products and ensuring all commercial details are up-to-date and properly defined
  • Oversee improvement projects working cross-functionally with Product Management, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Customer Service, and Marketing
  • Partner with the Product Management team to define commercial product details 
  • Plan and implement product changes in our product lifecycle management system with appropriate change control documentation
  • Program manage the cross functional rollout of new commercial resin products, including owning and communicating project plans and timelines
  • Identify key deliverables for each function and their interdependencies and work to establish best practices and processes
  • Requirements:

  • Experience in project management leading new product introduction and commercialization activities
  • Ability to identify issues and lead teams in working proactively to address them
  • Experience working with product lifecycle management software is not required, but preferred
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to effectively escalate, report status, and relay direction and decisions across organizations
  • Strong organizational skills and appreciation for process-driven work
  • Bachelor degree with 2+ years professional work experience in managing projects related to commercialization, new product introduction, and/or product lifecycle management.
