Go To Market Analyst

Carbon is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Analyst with excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills to join our Go To Market Business Operations team. Our GTM Business Operations team supports our global direct and channel sales team and works closely with finance, supply chain, marketing, customer success and operations.

You should be self-motivated and passionate about rolling your sleeves up, constantly learning and working in a fast-paced environment. You should be a critical thinker, with an entrepreneurial mindset that can identify business problems and provide data driven solutions. We are looking for a creative problem solver to drive sales productivity and revenue growth. You would be responsible for improving operational efficiencies and processes. We are looking for an analyst who is excited about learning and becoming proficient in sales tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Clari and Anaplan.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain an understanding of forecasting, sales motions, processes and strategy in a high growth setting.

Requirements:

  • Own monthly forecasting activities in collaboration with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain
  • Analyze complex business problems, recommend and implement solutions to drive
  • process improvement and revenue growth by identifying inefficiencies and using change management.
  • Implement and innovate the data quality strategy.
  • Provide key insights and data to the relevant stakeholders through sales process, data and workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders and sales leaders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvement in the pre-sales, sales and post-sales process.
  • Qualifications:

  • Comfortable analyzing large datasets
  • Excellent Excel skills are required (comfortable with formulas, lookups and pivot tables)
  • Experience in statistics is preferred
  • Agility to balance different initiatives with strong project management skills
  • Experience building strong internal and external relationships through collaboration and teamwork
  • Solve problems with creativity and grit
  • Have strong sense of curiosity, coachability and self-initiative
  • Clear and concise written and verbal English communication skills
  • R and SQL are a plus
  • 1-3 years experienced in a related field is preferred
