Job Description: This role is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the HR and Benefits module within ADP Workforce Now. This role will help implement and test existing and new system / process functionality, execute projects from initiation through implementation in support of all HR processes that are managed through ADP. There will be a strong focus on people analytics and ensuring processes and systems are in compliance.
Ensure ADP configurations and administration are aligned to business needs, which includes consistently accurate data entry, adherence to determined processes, conducting system testing, and entering procedure documentation
Works on projects and process improvements, including gathering requirements to identify objectives and project scope, implementing project plans, attending meetings, working with project stakeholders to ensure projects requirements are met and completed successfully
Performs regular audits of data to ensure systems security, quality and data accuracy are monitored and adhere to proper processes and controlsRuns and analyzes custom reports for end users to ensure we are maximizing efficiencies and data integrity
Communicates regarding system / process changes, helps with training to end users, and responds to questions and inquiries in a timely manner
What it takes to be successful:
Bachelor's degree with focus in Human Resources, Business Management or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of experience of ADP Workforce Now administrative experience
Demonstrated technical or analytical skills that will help to recognize and identifying the root cause(s) of problems/inefficiencies within Human Resource systems or processes
Familiarity with a variety of the HR concepts, practices, and procedures
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
A self-starter who will take the initiative without constant direction
The ability to handle and maintain a high level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive employee information
Excellent project coordination skills
Clear and articulate oral and written communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills
