Full Cycle Recruiter (Contract)

We are looking to add a seasoned Tech Recruiter to help grow our Software Team.

What We're Looking For
•A full-cycle tech recruiter who has a track record of filling high volume roles and building sourcing strategies from scratch with a previous history of attracting hard to find talent 
•Someone who can work strategically with hiring managers to build out talent strategy as well as execute on filling priority roles
•High level of comfort with ambiguity and thrives in a fast paced start up environment
•Strong team player and excellent communicator
•The ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities at the same time with high EQ - you make smart trade-offs with business and team needs top of mind
•Mastery of striking a  balance between being scrappy and process-oriented; optimizing for speed while keeping quality high
•A phenomenal relationship builder


•At least 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
•Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross functional team members
•A solution oriented mindset. You see potential challenges as opportunities to learn and grow
•A desire and aptitude in building organizations that take into account holistic team composition and long term vision
•Experience building sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
