Hiring phenomenal talent is critical to the success of any Company.  As a recruiter in a rapidly scaling software startup, you will play a key role in helping shape the future of the organization. You will work to build and execute against recruiting strategies with the entire team to help attract brilliant and motivated people.  You will join the People Team whose mission is to provide the very best employee experience and to create thoughtful programs and touchpoints that elevate our teams.  You will be responsible for driving hiring results in a competitive landscape while providing the very best candidate experience. 

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire lifecycle of recruiting from starting a new search, job description development, diversity sourcing and closing candidates
  • Hiring for a wide variety of engineering, technical positions
  • Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering Management, Product Management, IT Support, Business Systems Analyst
  • Provide the very best recruiting and interview experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner with the People Team, Finance, Compensation, and I&D to ensure a holistic and inclusive approach to recruiting
  • Provide mentorship or indirect leadership on various recruiting best practices
  • Execute against unique sourcing strategies to build diverse pools of candidates
  • Create and manage multiple concurrent candidate pipelines
  • Drive campus recruiting initiatives
  • Contribute to recruiting strategy: design, refine and evolve the full-cycle recruiting process
  • Requirements

  • BA/BS or an equivalent degree
  • 2+ years of data-driven recruiting experience, preferably technical roles at a SAAS company
  • 2+ years of experience partnering with hiring stakeholders
  • Solid experience and knowledge of Lever or Greenhouse ATS
  • To succeed in this role you must have strong communication skills, a get-it-done attitude and a drive to push for the extra degree of excellence.  You understand the importance of cybersecurity, and can articulate our value internally and externally in clear, concise and engaging ways.
