As part of our exciting growth, Armorblox is looking for a Sales Engineer to support our western US sales team across expanding verticals. As a key team member of the Americas sales team, you will be on the front lines supporting our customers to help align our solution to solve their critical business objectives. You will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our growing customer partnerships, and collaborate with Armorblox product and engineering teams to advocate for our customer voices.

You will be successful in this role if you are someone that is willing to put the team first, set your ego aside, adaptable into various sales cycles and situations, willing to go the extra step and wear multiple hats, have a customer centric focus, and want to disrupt classic security models.

Responsibilities

  • Become a technical expert across the Armorblox product portfolio and translate that expertise into the field to support meetings with customers and partners
  • Lead technical relationships with decision-makers as a trusted advisor to our customers
  • Qualify, scope, deploy, and lead support of Proof-of-Value trials with prospective customers
  • Contribute to a common SE lab with new workflows and use cases based upon customer environments
  • Solicit feedback from the customer regarding product improvement opportunities and help facilitate these changes in aggregate with Product Management
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in SE/pre-sales technical role
  • 2+ years with technical experience supporting solutions within Email Security, Azure/Google Workspaces, or Cybersecurity 
  • Presales experience with Mid-Market and/or Enterprise customers
  • Actively manages technical PoV/PoCs within SE role
  • Plus

  • Prior startup experience and/or enjoy working in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Experience supporting API driven workflows
