The leadership team is extremely supportive and genuine, as well as transparent. I feel cared for as an employee, and also considered in company-wide decisions.
Being able to do something that I am good at, without being micro-managed or over worked. There is a healthy balance of doing important work and having the headspace to think towards future tasks.
The team is smart, moves fast, and is also empathetic. We've given the flexibility to try things, iterate quickly, and regroup if it didn't work the first time.
