Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensuring that all requests/checks are initiated correctly within the Internal Service Level Agreement.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the verification attempts (templates, emails, faxes, verbal representations) done.
• Ensuring that timely follow-ups are finished as scheduled.
• Raising insufficiencies from the entities as soon as they are identified.
• Ensuring that all documentation relative to the verification activity is uploaded to the System.
• Ensuring that all requests/checks are initiated correctly within the Internal Service Level Agreement.

• Must be proficient in using the Thai language
• Must be residing in the Philippines
• Remote work arrangement and day shift schedule
