As part of our dynamic and global Asset Management team, you'll:
- Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle: request fulfillment, procurement, deployment, retrieval, maintenance, reconciliation, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate inventory databases and lead regular audits.
- Drive asset refresh and deployment projects across APAC, while supporting global operations.
- Coordinate transport and distribution of IT assets across domestic and international regions.
- Collaborate with Procurement, IT Support, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Uphold compliance with internal IT policies, procedures, and audit controls.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management
- Strong understanding of hardware licensing models, terms, and metrics
- Excellent communication skills for global collaboration
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas), and PowerPoint
- Ability to lift and handle IT equipment (printers, monitors, etc.)
