Roles and responsibilities:- Performing the role of a Client Coordinator in the areas of BGV related update and progress which includes client relationship management
- Creating/ordering the cases on behalf of FADV on the portal
- Ensuring TAT and SLA is well maintained as per the Client's requirement
- Handling and interfacing the client (from the client's site) for all BGV related processes and resolve queries
- Managing the daily report / dashboard for tracking progress
- Responsible for end-to-end BGV delivery as the Client SPOC
- Building the collaboration and trust with the client for best output

- Good English writing / speaking skills to communicate across geography if needed

- Will be handling the entire background check process including critical stakeholder management
- Should be the bridge and coordinate between FA and Client for accurate and smooth processing of background checks
Year of experience: Relevant years of experience basis the above roles (in BGV) for at least 2-3 years
Work Location: Mumbai (2 positions)
Work mode : Work from office (should be flexible to travel to office 5 days a week)
Qualification: Full-time graduation (any discipline)
