Job Title: Order Creation Specialist (Full time)

Job Overview:This position is responsible for receiving, examining, and preparing background check orders. This role also requires communicating with customers regarding missing information.
Roles and Responsibility:- Initiate background and identity checks
- Scrutinize and analyze incoming files for completion and inconsistencies
- Notify clients/candidates regarding incomplete or incorrect information
- Disseminate information to respective departments
- Answer questions/inquiries from customers and internal teams
- Initiate file closure procedures
- College graduate of any course, no experience required
- Undergraduates must complete at least 2 years in college, with at least 1 year BPO experience
- Business management, behavioral science, and office administration courses a plus
Skills/Knowledge:
