We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic, cross-functional team. You’ll build and optimize AI-driven solutions and data pipelines, working with modern cloud and data technologies to deliver impactful results.

About Role:

As an Accessibility Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our software products and web applications are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. What You will be doing
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate with Purpose: Conduct thorough accessibility testing on a diverse range of software products, platforms, and web applications to identify potential accessibility issues.
  • Document Clearly: Identify and meticulously document accessibility issues, ensuring that your findings are communicated effectively to various teams and stakeholders.
  • Recommend Solutions: Provide actionable recommendations for remediating identified accessibility issues, helping to create a seamless user experience for all.
  • Collaborate Closely: Work hand-in-hand with development teams to ensure that accessibility standards are met and maintained throughout the development process.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest accessibility guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure our products remain compliant and user-friendly.
What we are looking for:
  • Accessibility Expertise: Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, guidelines, and best practices, with a focus on WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).
  • Familiarity with Assistive Technologies: Experience with tools such as screen readers, magnifiers, and ARIA to understand user needs better.
  • Testing Proficiency: Experience with both manual and automated accessibility testing tools, along with proficiency in browser debugging tools.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to troubleshoot accessibility-related issues effectively.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to ensure thorough documentation and follow-up on issues.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A respect for diverse perspectives, including those of people with disabilities, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Audit Experience: Experience in conducting accessibility audits and a solid understanding of WCAG standards.
  • Implementation Skills: Hands-on experience implementing WCAG-compliant solutions to enhance accessibility.
