What You’ll Do
- Be the Client Advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing service delivery and resolving escalations promptly.
- Drive Client Success: Educate clients on our services and how we add value to their business.
- Manage Performance: Facilitate regular client meetings, provide performance reports, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Optimize Processes: Streamline operations, resolve service issues, and support clients with product training.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to deliver strategic solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a client management role preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build relationships across all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office
