The salary range for this position is approximately $80,000-100,000 base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our FA team. The ideal candidate will be an familiar Java or .NET framework and have prior experience in cloud services. This role involves mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver software for the criminal fulfillment team primarily using Cloud technology and microservices
- Coordinate and work with team leads, production owner and the testing team across multiple time zones to make sure the assigned work is completed with highest quality
- Guide and mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of learning within the team
- Work closely with product managers, DevOps, QA, and other teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in software development using Java or .NET
- UI experience: experience with building UI applications using frameworks such as Angular
- Cloud experience: 1+ year experience building cloud-native application on AWS or Azure
- Database: 2+ experience working with RDMS systems like Oracle, SQL Server or Postgres
- Gen AI or Machine Learning, working knowledge of basic Unix commands and shell scripts, a plus
- SDLC process and methodology: Agile/scrum process, familiarity with GitHub and GitHub actions, Azure DevOps, a plus
- Proven experience in the key responsibilities listed above
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
