What You'll Do 
The Operations Specialist (OS) provides administrative support to ensure every client transaction request, received via phone, mail, or email, is properly documented within our current tasking system, and manage the timely assignment of requests to the appropriate transactional queue.
The OS will review received request and/or documents to validate request is complete enough to provide to a transaction team for fulfillment. If additional information is needed, the OS will follow up with the Requestor to obtain the documentation. The OS will update internal systems with faxed copies of registrations and plate information. The OS will also send weekly reports of missing documents to complete monthly renewals.

Responsibilities:

Ops Initiatives 
  • Accurately complete background reports without any error.
  • Plan ahead to make sure all researches are completed with the TAT.
  • Comply with all Personal Information and Privacy Laws and Procedures and corporate's compliance regulation and policies. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Ensure to have interviewing and writing skills for regular reference check.
  • Ensure to have knowledge of internal system to perform the role.
  • Ensure to accurately update case list in a timely manner. 
  • Ensure to understand SOP clearly and perform tasks based on the SOP.
  • Ensure to respond inquiries from other inter-company teams in a timely manner. 
Other Business Performance
  • Continuously seek for methods to improve clients' satisfaction levels.
  • Be responsible for monthly client billing from generating the invoice accurately until issuing the tax invoice. 
  • Ensure to handle inquiries, escalations and supports requested made by candidates. 
  • Ensure to proactively participate the regular Ops study session by sharing cases handled. 
What You Will Need to be Successful:
  • High School Diploma or bachelor's degree Required.
  • No prior related work experience required. Experience within the Call Center or Customer Care of any of the industry preferred.
  • Strong computer navigation skills. The ability to maintain and manage multiple computer systems simultaneously is required.
  • Excellent phone skills and ability to communicate effectively to internal and external customers, partners and stakeholders.
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: 
  • Native Korean speaker 
  • Understands and has significant command skills in English language. 
  • Must possess a high degree of attention to detail, adaptability and the ability to multi-task.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an extraordinary customer experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams)
  • Effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated to achieve individual and organizational goals.
  • Ability to work in a logical flow to isolate causes of problems and determine potential solutions.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Compliance with Personal Information & Privacy Laws and Procedures
