Job Overview:The primary responsibility for the position is to verify the employment and education background of the applicants who apply for the jobs with our Clients in the United States. The verifications are done at our Mumbai & Bangalore sites, IndiaJob Description:- Search the web to find the listings for universities, colleges and companies.
- Initiate verification calls to verify the credentials of the applicants.
- Send written verification requests and faxes for verifications as per the policies of the institutions/organizations.
- Enter appropriate verified data into the system and generate a report.
- Follow quality guidelines and achieve the targets set by the Team Leader.
- Share necessary Information to update the Database in case of any changes/updates
- Follow the IT Policy and Data Security guidelines.
- Mentor new joiners and conduct regular Quality check
Skills / Knowledge:- Typing speed of 20 wpm /90% accuracy
- Ability to comprehend & articulate
- Willingness to work night shifts
Experience:- Minimum 6 months’ experience, in an International BPO/KPO
Education:- HSC / Diploma (10+3) / Graduate
