We require excellent Voice skilled resources for our Customer Care team.
- Excellent Voice resources who will be equally flexible and comfortable to pick up Calls , Emails and Chats basis the flow
- Shift Timing : Flexible
- Onboarding dates : 5th Feb 2024
The qualification and competencies required for this position will be:
- Experience – 0-3 years
- Competency – Critical Thinking , Analytical mind, Problem solving approach, Matured and Accountable
- Education – Minimum UG (10+2 passed through full time education) and above / full time diploma from accredited Education boards
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & written)
- Typing speed 30WPM@90% accuracy
- They should be willing to work in rotational night shifts (US) & rotational week offs.
- Candidates with an availability of 15 days or less will be preferred
- This will be a work from office model (WFO)
- Candidates need to live within our specific transport boundaries in order to avail the door-to-door pickup and drop facility provided by the employer
- We offer attractive monthly incentives slabs based on performance
Compensation Bandwidth to be offered: 32k Per Month max (based on your previous compensation)
Interview Rounds will include, every round will be conducted basis the scores of the previous round:
- First Round: HR Screening through Video Conference
- Second Round: Tool based aptitude assessment through Video Conference
- Third Round: Email and Chat based evaluation through Video Conference
- Final Round: Business Operations Round through Video Conference
