We are looking for a
Product Owner who will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, contributing to the successful delivery of innovative products and services. As a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, defining product features, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
You will join a team in a new entity in Poland that is focusing on creating a new product from scratch.

What You'll Do - Closely cooperate with the scrum development team and product team (including product owner, product manager, UI/UX designers)
- Gather and analyse requirements

- Create, refine, and plan the user stories,
- Perform tests
- Monitor usage & adoption
What You May Need to be Successful- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Junior / Product Owner or in a directly related role (e.g., Business Analyst, Product Analyst).
- Tools: Familiarity with PPT, ADO, Figma, Miro, JIRA, and Trello.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to present to senior leaders and key clients.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and basic software development processes.
- Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Experience: Two or more years Product Management role, preferably in a global organization with practical Agile experience.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Power BI, and the ability to analyze data from various sources to identify issues and generate actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiating skills.
- Teamwork: Customer-focused, demonstrating strong teamwork skills while also being able to work independently when needed.
Advantageous
- ATS/HRIS Experience: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resource Information Systems
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills to effectively communicate with the development team and understand technical concepts.
- Process Mapping: 2+ years of experience with process mapping tools and documentation of requirements.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Certifications: Formal Product Management Certifications.
- Product Launch: Track record of building and launching profitable products.
