The primary responsibility for the position is to verify the employment and education background of the applicants who apply for jobs with our Clients at US. The verifications are done at our center in Mumbai, India.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Search the web to find the listings for universities, colleges and companies.
- Initiate verification calls to verify the credentials of the applicants.
- Send written verification requests and faxes for verifications as per the policies of the institutions/organizations.
- Contacts the Applicants, Clients through Phone/Emails.
- Should be able to process Complex Tasks.
- Enter appropriate verified data into the system and generate a report.
- Follow quality guidelines and also achieve the targets set by the Team Leader.
- Also follow the IT Policy and Data Security guidelines.
- Mentors New Joiner & Quality check.
- Contact Client Applicants through Email/ Phone
Skills Required: - Good English language skills - both written & verbal
- Under-Graduate - minimum qualification
- 1 year BPO/KPO/Customer Service or similar background
- Flexible to work in rotations shifts/night shifts
- Attention to Detail
