Position Description Summary
The Operations Analyst will be responsible to comprehend and analyze the assigned task / deliverables as per the defined timeline by the business. Also ensure the timely achievement of production targets assigned for self, identifying insufficiencies/clarifications within the agreed time, and meeting established TAT’s with 100% accuracy and quality. Take the initiative of going the extra mile to cover any additional aspect of the assigned task.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Should have knowledge of excel & other applications to perform the job roles.
- Handle telephonic calls/email/chat/inbound communication/outbound communication as applicable, in a professional manner. Ability to think outside the box and handle senior level external conversations related to the job with efficiency
- Adhere to the organizational ethics, values & policies.
- Adapt to changes in work environment as per business requirements (Shifts/Processes/Week-offs/Upskilling)
- To work with the team to achieve common goals and targets
- Maintain all productions documents and adhere to the quality details required for the assigned task
- Should be able to go beyond the job roles to support the business.
- To ensure the timely achievement of production targets assigned/ 100% accuracy of cases
- To adhere to the documented process and quality parameters and follow SLA guidelines.
- Adhere to Quality Management System of the organization

An ideal applicant should have the following:- 2-3 years' work experience in any international voice process which gives exposure to solutioning, due diligence, BGV or similar fields will be a great fit
- Competency – Critical Thinking, Analytical mind, Problem solving approach, Matured and Accountable
- Educational Qualification – Minimum UG (10+2 passed through full time education) and above / full time diploma from accredited Education boards)
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & written)
- Typing speed 25WPM@90% accuracy
- They should be flexible to US aligned working hours and rotational weekly off
- This will be flexible to adapt to WFO / WFH model basis the business need
- Candidates need to live within our specific transport boundaries in order to avail the door-to-door pickup and drop facility provided by the employee

- Third Round: Business Operations Round through Video Conference
