The team. It's just so much fun to work here. We have some really hard work to get done but everyone is willing, energetic, and supportive.
The product is great! Our customers seem to like us. I feel that we will be growing our product's features quickly in order to accelerate our lead over competitors - and/or - maintain our leadership position.
I am impressed by their level of transparency and leadership. I feel like I can ask anything of that team and get a straight answer (within reason). I feel their guidance working it's way through the organization.
