I enjoy their company and working with them. We aren't afraid to challenge each other and push each other outside of our comfort zones for continuous improvement.
The work we do/products we build. I enjoy seeing our software brought to life/put to use. It's really cool to see it out in the wild and track the data on how it's performing.
I think they do a great job at being transparent and keeping us all in the loop. They also make it easy for us to understand things that may be outside of our scope.
